Ordering Information
- To place an order at Capt. Zak's Supply Depot, simply use the online shopping cart and shop securley 24 hours a day using Paypal. Or, drop us an email with the item, a brief description, and quantity. We will email you back with an order total that includes shipping costs. You can then Paypal your payment or send it via mail (U.S. Postal money Orders or Certified Check). We will accept your personal check but will hold your order until the check clears.
- We are not set up to take phone orders at this time but will change in the future. We are also working on an online shopping cart to make your shopping experience here even faster and more hassle free. These shopping carts take time, so please be patient with us. You can't rush perfection.
- All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and insurance.
- Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for international orders and can't ship to P.O. boxes.
- International orders require additional shipping.
- 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. All items are inspected prior to their departure. If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it or issue a refund (minus shipping & fees) upon receiving the damaged goods.
- If you bought the wrong size you can exchange it but you are responsible for all returned shipping costs.
- Items returned (for a refund) that are not damaged are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- All orders are shipped Monday - Friday.
